Welcome to Renee's Organic Oven, formerly Eclectic Pizza Tucson, where our enjoyment starts with the ability to share our passion for a great meal with you, whether it is at our location or catering Tucson.  We have the opportunity to be working with great people and products; we are able to create with our hands using what others have worked so hard to harvest.  Organic and sustainable farming ensure great food reaches your table.  Many of these items can be found throughout our menu which includes these organic dining Tucson inhouse favorites.

Starting with coffee, beer or wine; this is a place to experience the integrity of the grape, the bean, the business and the worker all coming together for your enjoyment.  Organic staples you can rely on here are flour, eggs, sugar, olive oil, sauce, marinara, pasta, spinach, mixed greens, beans, corn chips, corn meal and vanilla.  We enjoy creating delicious and conscientious food in our kitchen; we support the best we can when we can.  Local tomatoes are featured here and, along with red bell peppers and cucumbers, come to us year round without the use of pesticides or preservatives.

Over the years we have invited you to enjoy many of our homemade favorites and they have stayed on our menu because you love them.  These recipes include dressings, sauces, lasagna, meatballs and the most revered of them all The Dough for our gourmet pizza.  The use of seasonal gifts from the Desert will be used in our kitchen when we receive them.

Fresh and delicious food is our first opportunity to impress you.  Our commitment to no msg and no trans fat gluten free dining Tucson from the beginning in 2005 is a promise we keep in order to take care of you. Artificial sweetener has never graced our tables.  We now offer all nitrate-free meats, local grass-fed beef and free-range chicken.  Our restaurant has eliminated the myth that is these healthier choices are unaffordable and unnecessary to maintain a pure restaurant kitchen.  We are thankful that so many of you share an interest in our healthy, fresh and flavorful food expression.  From the kitchen to your table your satisfaction is always in our best interest.  With much gratitude and respect, I thank you.
